ELIGIBLE RETURNS:

Unopened and Unused Products: Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

NON-ELIGIBLE RETURNS:

Non-Perishable Items: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Perishable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for perishable items once they have been opened. Our policy lasts 24 hours from the date of delivery. For items such as plantains, bread, and other perishables, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery about any missing or damaged items. If 24 hours have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

In some cases, we may request a photograph of the issue for our records.

We will provide a refund or account credit for the affected item(s).

If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for covering your own return shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Custom Orders: Custom orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.

Shipping: Ship the items to the return address provided with your RA. Please ensure that the package is securely sealed and includes the RA number.

REFUNDS:
