UK Wide Courier Delivery

– We deliver to all UK Postcodes including Northern Ireland

– Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will be provided with a delivery tracking notification, as well as an Expected Time of Arrival from our Third Party Delivery Partner

– We typically deliver between 2 – 5 business days upon receipt of your orders (excluding weekends)

– Orders placed on Thursdays containing Fresh Items (Bread, Plantain, Onions etc), will be dispatched the following Monday

– It is your responsibility to ensure an adult over the age of 18 years is available to receive your order. In the event you will not be home on the day/time of delivery, our Delivery Partners may provide you with an option to select a ‘Safe Place’ or divert to a neighbour

– Delivery cost starts from £4.99 for Item less than 1kg (please read our full Delivery Options below).

– Delivery cost is incremental, based on your total basket weight.

– On Checkout, applicable delivery cost will be applied based on the weight of your basket and location. Minimum Basket Value Surcharge applies for orders under £25

– Please note that Delivery Costs are subject to change, as we adapt our prices in line with prices offered by our Delivery Partners

Please note, while we are committed to delivering a seamless experience to you, situations outside our control (e.g. National Postal Strike Actions, Adverse Weather Conditions etc) may impact delivery timescales offered by our Delivery Partners. We will provide regular updates to you in these situations.

You can enter delivery instructions when placing your order e.g. “leave with neighbour”. However Buzee food is not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen if specific delivery instructions are left for the carrier

Cancellations

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it is final. We have a short window to log and process orders to ensure it gets to you in good time, so we are unable to accept cancellations.

*I’ve placed an online order; when will I receive it?

Standard Delivery: Your order will be delivered 2-4 working days from the date you place your order. You will receive an email confirming your delivery date

*What delivery options do you offer?

*Can you deliver to my location?

We deliver to all over the UK.

*Can I track my order?

If you are a registered customer, you can track your order within the My Account section.

Log in via the Log in / Register link at the top of the page.

Within your account page (also accessible from the top of the page once signed in), you can track your order from within the Order History section.

If you have not yet registered with us, you can track your order once it has left our warehouse, we’ll send you a tracking link once your order is on its way.

The courier will provide updates about your delivery via SMS and/or email.

From time to time there may be disruptions in our delivery network. 

*Can I get same-day delivery?

We currently do not offer this.

*How will I know when my delivery has arrived?

You will receive an email alert when your full order is dispatched from our warehouse.

If you supplied us with a mobile phone number during checkout, you will also receive a text message. Some of our couriers will additionally send you a delivery time notification via email / SMS message.

This is dependent on the product and your location.

*I’ve ordered multiple products; will all of my products be sent together?

We will put all the orders from your basket together.

*Is Saturday delivery available?

We deliver between Monday – Saturday, if you place your order in time, you will receive it on Saturday.

*I missed my delivery; what can I do now?

If we try to make a delivery but there’s nobody at the address to accept your order, the courier will let you know we stopped by. We will aim to leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour.

*I won’t be in for delivery; what are my options?

*My delivery has arrived but part of it is damaged. What do I do?

What is minimum unit pricing legislation? Will it affect my order?

On 1st May 2018 in Scotland and 2nd March 2020 in Wales, legislation was introduced that means that the pricing of alcohol must be at least 50p per unit. Because of this some lines are no longer available for delivery online. Affected products may still be available in store, but the prices and “Alcohol by Volume” or “ABV” measurements in our Scottish and Welsh stores may vary to the prices and “Alcohol by Volume” or “ABV” displayed online. Click here to view affected products

Online Orders

You will be notified throughout the online shopping process that certain products are not available in Scotland or Wales. If you place an order for any such products to be delivered to an address in Scotland or Wales then they will be removed from your order and their value refunded to you. You will receive an e-mail explaining what has happened. We will still look to provide any other products in your order.

*Can I change my delivery date or address after I have placed my order?

You will not be able to amend any delivery information once your order has been received; however if you are worried about missing your delivery, be assured that most of our carriers will attempt up to 3 times to deliver, or may be able to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour if you are not home.

*I have placed a pre-order; when can I expect it to be delivered?

Our pre-order service allows you to order and pay for items now, which we will send to you when they come into stock.

A pre-order item will display an estimated dispatch date, however if we can send this to you early we will!

Standard Delivery

If you have placed a standard delivery order which contains pre-ordered items, delivery will be made within 2-4 working days from the estimated dispatch date.

Large item or High Value Item Delivery

If you have placed an order which contains a pre-ordered large or high value item, delivery will be made within 2-7 working days from the estimated dispatch.

*How will my online order be packaged?

We are committed to delivering responsibly packaged goods and our range is constantly reviewed.

Where possible, most of our products will be packed and wrapped in recyclable or reusable materials. However, due to the size and weight of some products, you might receive a package in a specialist or manufacturer’s package.
